Classic Bathroom Renovation Package

$16,000 - $20,000 range

Demolition of existing bathroom and drywall as needed
Professional paint application for your color palette
Desirable Congoleum Duraceramic flooring or beautiful tile
All new finish selections, including vanity, countertop, mirror/medicine
cabinet, lighting, fiberglass shower/tub, fixtures, toilet, etc
Replacement ceiling fan/light vent for improved ventilation and efficiency
Updated plumbing fixtures, electrical switches/outlets and accessories,
including towel bar, toilet paper holder, and towel ring. All of which will
add the perfect finishing touches to your bathroom renovation.

Premium Bathroom Renovation Package

$20,000 - $24,000 range

Demolition of existing bathroom and new bathroom layout (if possible)
Professional paint application for your color palette
Expert installation of custom porcelain, ceramic tile flooring or
Duraceramic flooring.
Gorgeous new shower/tub, with an elegant, custom tile shower and
shampoo box, upscale glass door, and fiberglass base.
All new finish selections, including vanity, countertop, mirror/medicine
cabinet, lighting, fiberglass shower/tub, fixtures, toilet, etc
Replacement ceiling fan/light vent for improved ventilation and efficiency
Updated plumbing fixtures, electrical switches/outlets and accessories,
including towel bar, toilet paper holder, and towel ring. All of which will
add the perfect finishing touches to your bathroom renovation.
Many clients choose to upgrade this package and add energy-efficient,
non-allergenic radiant heat.

Luxury Bathroom Renovation Package

$24,000 +
